Established in 2004, Peak 10 Group began as a niche commercial real estate investment firm in Central Ohio. Today, it manages 430 market-rate apartments in Dayton, OH, and has invested in over 5,000 units across Texas and Utah markets, as well as over 100+ student housing beds at Ohio State University. This amounts to a staggering $450 million in acquisition value. At present, Peak 10 Development is collaborating with Homestead Development and Gallas Zadeh Development to bring to life a 130-unit active adult community in Fort Wayne, IN, and an 85-unit urban infill multifamily development in Columbus, OH.

As an engaged member of the Columbus Apartment Association (CAA) and the Greater Dayton Apartment Associations (GDAA), Nate contributes his expertise by serving on the Board of Trustees and Legislative Committee for the CAA. He also held the position of President in 2016 and 2017. Nate's involvement extends to the GDAA, where he sits on the Board of Directors and leads the Legislative Committee. He is also an active member of the Ohio Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.

Nate's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-own Protective Thermal Solutions, a commercial pest control company that caters to multi-family and commercial properties in Central and Dayton, Ohio. He is an active participant in the Conway Family Business Center, joining their CEO Peer Groups.
